Managed website and WordPress hosting
Your website looked after.
Not merely hosted.
DoenIT provides managed website and WordPress hosting for organisations that want one practical team to look after maintenance, content and product updates, backups, recovery and the everyday technical details that keep a site useful.
The business problem
A hosted website can still be neglected.
Hosting keeps files online. Managed care keeps the website maintained, recoverable and useful: updates are handled deliberately, content remains current and somebody knows what to do when a change or failure needs attention.
Updates are postponed
WordPress core, themes and plugins remain outdated because nobody owns the testing and maintenance cycle.
Content becomes stale
Services, notices, staff information or products wait for someone with time and technical access.
Backups are assumed
Copies may exist, but retention, restoration and separation from the primary host are not understood.
Too many support paths
The domain, hosting, website and content are handled by different people with no single practical route to help.
How DoenIT can help
Focused capability.
Useful outcomes.
Every engagement is shaped around the operation, the information and the decision that needs to improve.
Managed website hosting
Appropriate hosting for general business websites with setup, domain and SSL support.
WordPress maintenance
Planned core, theme and plugin updates with sensible checks before and after material changes.
Content and product updates
Ongoing assistance with text, images, services, products, pricing and other agreed website content.
Daily rotating backups
Daily website backups retained on a 14-day rotation, with restoration support when a rollback is required.
Optional off-site cloud backup
Maintain an additional copy away from the primary hosting environment for greater separation.
Health and continuity checks
Review availability, certificates, storage, forms and obvious website issues within the selected care plan.
Relevant experience
The useful part is having somebody who knows the website.
DoenIT combines hosting administration with WordPress, Divi, content, forms, technical SEO and privacy-aware website development. That makes support less fragmented when a request crosses the boundary between infrastructure, code and content.

Questions buyers ask
Useful answers,
before we talk.
What is the difference between website hosting and managed website hosting?+
Standard hosting provides the server space and core hosting platform. Managed website hosting adds DoenIT support for the website itself, including agreed maintenance, backups, changes and recovery.
Can you manage an existing WordPress website?+
Yes. We first review its condition, theme, plugins, hosting, access and backup position before confirming the care plan or recommending a migration.
How do the backups work?+
Managed plans include daily website backups on a rolling 14-day retention cycle. An optional off-site cloud copy can add separation from the primary hosting environment. The final schedule and restoration scope are recorded in the service agreement.
Can you update products and content for us?+
Yes. Content, service and product updates can be included through an agreed monthly allowance or handled as separately approved work, depending on frequency and complexity.
Does maintenance guarantee that a website cannot be hacked or fail?+
No. Maintenance and backups reduce avoidable risk and improve recovery, but no responsible provider can guarantee that an internet-facing system will never experience a security or availability incident.
